1. DTaP-IPV-Hib: combined diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis, inactivated polio, and Hib vaccines [Brand name: Pentacel®]
2. DTaP-IPV: combined diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis, and inactivated polio vaccines [Brand name: Quadracel®]
3. Tdap: Tetanus, reduced adult dose diphtheria, and reduced dose acellular pertussis [Brand name: Adacel®]
4. MMR: combined live measles, mumps, and rubella vaccines
5. VZ: live varicella (chickenpox) vaccine
6. Men-C: meningococcal conjugate group C vaccine [Brand names: Menjugate®, NeisVacC®, or Mengitech®]
7. Pneumo: pneumococcal conjugate vaccine [Brand name: Prevnar®]
8. Hep B: hepatitis B vaccine
9. Flu: influenza vaccine
